Every athlete is different. Before training begins, we take the time to understand where the athlete is today and what they need to develop next.
Day 1 - BASELINE
Assess the athlete's current abilities, movement, coordination, baseball skills and overall performance
The evaluation helps determine the athlete's starting point and which development pathway best fits their age, ability, and goals.
YOUR RESULTS
Day 2 - Continue The Assessment
Continue the assessment through baseball specific movements and skills to identify strengths, weaknesses, and priorities for training.
